Duane C. Romanello

Duane C. Romanello is a partner with Romanello | Goode, P.L. Mr. Romanello has experience in a broad range of commercial and residential real estate matters, as well as business and estate matters. His practice is focused in the areas of residential and commercial real estate, business and corporate transactions, formation of various business entities, contract preparation and review, probate matters and homeowner/condominium association law.

Mr. Romanello earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism from the University of Florida in 1991, received his Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Florida College of Law in 1995 and Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of Florida College of Law in 1996. He is a member of the Florida Bar Association, the Florida Real Estate, Probate and Trust section of the bar and is member agent for Attorneys’ Title Insurance Fund, Inc. Mr. Romanello is also an authorized title agent for Chicago Title Insurance Company. Mr. Romanello was is a Florida native, has resided in Jacksonville for more than 40 years and currently resides in the Avondale area of Jacksonville, FL with his wife and two daughters.

William S. Frazier

William S. Frazier is an attorney with Romanello | Goode, P.L. Mr. Frazier has experience in a broad range of commercial and residential real estate matters as well as with the administration of estates. His practice is focused in the areas of foreclosures, tenant evictions, quite title actions and probate matters.

Mr. Frazier earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida and also received his Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Florida College of Law in 1995. Mr. Frazier resides in the Ortega area of Jacksonville, FL.

Bryan C. Goode III

Bryan C. Goode III, ‘Tripp’ is a partner with Romanello | Goode, P.L.  Mr. Goode has experience in a broad range of commercial and residential real estate matters, as well as business and estate matters.  His practice is focused in the areas of residential and commercial real estate, business and corporate transactions, formation of various business entities, contract preparation and review, probate matters and homeowner/condominium association law.

Mr. Goode earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the Florida State University in 1989, spent six years in marketing and sales with an international automotive manufacturer and received his Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Florida in 1998.  He is a member of the Florida Bar Association, the Jacksonville Beaches Bar Association, the Florida Real Estate, Probate and Trust section of the bar and a member agent for Attorneys’ Title Insurance Fund, Inc.  Mr. Goode is married and resides in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL with his wife and two daughters.
